Customer
Select the customer from the drop-down list or click the button and enter the customer details.
Contact
Select the customers contact from the drop-down list or click the button and enter the details for the contact.
Site
When you have more than one site that could produce this formulation select the correct site or leave it at the default site.
Type
Select the type of formulation to use, will allow you to select the substance to use or allows you to select the components/generic substance groups, with this type you will select the substances at the formulation stage.
Shelf Life
The required shelf life for the product, this is used to filter the substances that can be used.
Destination Country
Select the destination country, this country is used to determine which OEL/WEL‘s to use in the MSDS.
Cust. Ref.
Enter the customer‘s reference code for the mixture.
Product Desc.
Enter the product description, this is mandatory as it is shown on the headers of all documents produced.
Description
Enter a description of the product for your use and is shown on the Enquiries List.
Packaging (Outer)
Select the outer packaging that will be used or accept the default packaging.
Packing (Sachet)
Select the sachet size that will be packed in the outer packaging. The sachet could be 1 litre bottle. This will then be used to calculate the number of sachets and the weight of the outer packaging.
Cust EP S/L
Select the expected shelf life that the customer requires for the product. When entered this should be the same as or less than the Shelf Life.
Serving
Enter any serving specifications
Processing Conditions
Enter any processing conditions required for the product.

This field allows you to enter any additional text that you wish to appear in section 16 of the MSDS for this formulation.
