This tab is used to create standard overage percentages for the components.
When a process is used on a formulation the quantities for the substances linked to the components will be increased by the percentage entered.
You are creating a formulation of vitamins to be added to Orange Juice you can create a process that has a component of Vitamin C with an overage of 10%. When this process is used on any formulation, that includes Vitamin C, the calculated amount for the Vitamin C substance will be increased by 10%.
