These are the internationally recognised statement codes which are contained in the UN GHS framework, we have supplied the translations from the EU regulations. If you need to change the text then append a letter to the code, then select the Prevention code on the Hazard statement tab.
The statements shown in the list, have been disabled so that they are not used on any MSDS as they are building blocks used to create other statements.

Code | The Prevention code for the statement plus any appended code for the route of exposure or temperature etc. When merging statements together the statement code should be in this format P303+P361+.... see P303+P361+P353 as an example. |
Type | The generic group that the statement belongs to. Generally the Prevention codes P200 to P299 are in the prevention group, P300 to P399 are in the response group, P400 to P499 are in the Storage Group and the P500 to P599 are in the disposal group. |
Description | The multilingual statement for the Prevention code. Translations are supplied from the EU regulations. |
Score | We use this to help determine if this Prevention statement will appear in section 2.2 of the MSDS. The calculation multiplies this value with the "Score" on the CLP Class, the codes are then sorted by the result. Any Prevention statements with a result greater than the "P Phrases Upper Threshold" on the Report/Email Parameters tab will always be shown. When the number of statements selected is less than six we will work our way down the remaining Prevention statements until we have six or get to the "P Phrases Lower Threshold" value on the Report/Email Parameters tab. |
Disabled | The Prevention statement will always be ignored for section 2.2 of the MSDS and the labels. |
