This tab shows the audit trail for the formulation. When the documents have been created as PDF files a link is shown to each document which you can use to access the files, if for some reason Minerva cannot find the files the link is shown in red with a note that they have been lost.
This will bring up a window for you to add a note about the formulation.
When you use this button you will be able to browse for a document to add to the formnulation history, this could be for example a spreadsheet showing your costings for the formulation or your translation of a document into a new language.
